Robin and Jorja Emerson were featured in the Sunday World newspaper on Sunday the 17th of October, highlighting the dire need for legislation reform surrounding medical cannabis prescriptions on the NHS. Robin has campaigned tirelessly over the last few years to change the stigma and barriers faced by GP's for prescribing cannabis and CBD medicines after his daughter Jorja was diagnosed with a rare form of epilepsy, after numerous hospital visits Jorja's family were told there was nothing else that could be done for young Jorja. With the help of private clinics and political pressure Jorja was given the lifesaving treatment she desperately needed and is now a happy thriving 5 year old, unfortunately she is one of the lucky ones, with thousands of patients being denied access to life saving treatment.
